  • Ensure all new hires are issued  appointment letters within the TAT ( Turn around time ) and also track the acknowledgement by the employee.

  • Review and approve in Salary structure in discussion with accounts .

  • Monitor leave accruals (Accumulated ) , Comp off  and all leave related benefits are administered as per policy .

  • Analyse Leave records and Recommend policy changes to the management , if any

  • Ensure performance improvement plans ( PIP ) and performance enhancement plans ( PEP)are reviewed and approved 

  • Manage all exit related documentation is handled in a timely manner

  • Audit employee personal files

  • Ensure employes are issued confirmation letters in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for announcement of IJP ( internal job posting ) and issue of promotion letters

  • Responsible for background verification tracking and also for specific client related BGV

  • Responsible for various trackers like appointment letters, confirmation letter, promotion , Transfer etc.

  • Issue of various letters and tracking

  • Responsible for timely bank account creation and accuracy of data

  • Responsible for verifying salary related inputs and necessary approvals to the payroll team

  • Ensure employee communication is done in timely manner and good employees are maintained.
