Key Accountabilities:
Will be responsible for supporting in implementing financial activities for the group including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis for management reporting
Analyze the trends of Key financial performance, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin. • Monitor financial performance and identify the cause of any unexpected variances • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Implement, manage and monitor budget for the group and identify variances to ensure all financial objective are met.
Review the MIS at group level and presenting the same to the Investors/ Board
Review of customer wise gross margin and suggesting ways for improvement.
Having experience in making business projection/plans and cash flow forecasting .
Helping revenue team in making various revenue reports.
Work with Analytics team in automating various revenue and MIS reports.
Assisting in ERS implementation.
Responsible for finalization of books of account for US Subsidiaries and getting the same audited.
Responsible for finalizing US tax return and co- ordinating with US tax consultant for timely filing of the same
Having experience on Transfer pricing calculation
Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports, Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decision
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant with 9 to 15 years of demonstrated core Financial Planning and P&L management experience.
• Having good leadership skills with an inclination towards new technologies
• Preferred to have basic Ind AS experience though not mandatory
• Preferred to have ERP experience
• Experience of handling of team of 6 to 8 people.
