The Analyst will:
Have proven experience with hospital Inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC and Provider-based billing knowledge.
Be able to function independently to bill hospital and professional claims.
Be able to function independently to complete thorough follow-up on hospital AR.
Be able to function independently to complete thorough processes for proper denial management.
Gain exposure to our proprietary tools and technology.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Education:
High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of Hospital AR / Billing Experience Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
Proficiency with various hospital EMRs: Cerner, Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, Etc.
Proficiency with various billing systems: SSI, Quadax, Availity, Etc.

Compensation Package:
Hourly wage based on experience and annual performance bonus incentive
