Pre-Requisites:
4+ years' of total experience in medical billing/RCM
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good coaching & mentoring skills
Knowledge of MS office basics is required (Excel, PPT, Word)
Experience as a quality control analyst and/or as Process coach roles will be an added advantage
Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver new hire training program for New hires and Laterals as required in office or Training from home using Online Learning Platform
Measure and document trainee performance
Provide feedback & monitor learning curve
Training on Communication & telephone etiquette.
Conduct Mock calls for trainees
Keep records of metrics for the training function
Training delivery standardization
Ensuring 85% through put
Developing Skill based curriculum / Assessment
Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance trainee performance.
Deliver refresher training sessions
Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery
Interview candidates when requested
