Skills Required:

 

  1. Min 5 years of revenue cycle service delivery management experience (AR Process)

  2. Should be currently designated as TC/TL/SME in team handling role

  3. Should have handled a team of 10-15 members

  4. 4.    Should have experience with oasis reviews

  5. Experience in Client Management is must

Job Description:

 

  1. Responsible for Strategizing and Allocating Inventory and supervising the team to work on assigned Allocation

  2. Monitor Team's production and SLA delivery

  3. Keep a record of client KPIs and team's performance against the KPIs

  4. Communicating with client & taking feedback from client and formulating strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations

  5. Responsible for preparing Weekly Business Review presentations

  6. Monitor the Issues/Escalation raised by the client and review/discuss to provide solutions and do a RCA to avoid future escalations

  7. Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients

  8. Provide subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes

  9. Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team

  10. Adhere to organisational policies and procedures

  11. Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behaviour

  12. Work with quality team to identify, recommend and implement process improvement
