Roles and Responsibilities:
The person will be involved in the following:
Communications and Tracking of the L&OD yearly Calendar
Co-ordinating end to end process of all learning programmes
Designing brochures, developing content and delivering inhouse training programme
Driving and monitoring the e-learning initiative in the Company
Handling the induction process and compliances
Feedback evaluations and monitoring impact of programmes
Designing and conducting employee engagement and fun at work activities
Co-ordinating with HR partners of 3 locations for cascading engagement and training initiatives
Designing and conducting organization wide surveys
Working on monthly reports and analysis
Designing and executing Rewards and Recognition programmes for the Company.
Being involved in employee feedbacks, townhalls, focused group discussions.
Managing Company CSR activities.
