 Roles and Responsibilities:


    The person will be involved in the following:

  1. Communications and Tracking of the L&OD yearly Calendar

  2. Co-ordinating end to end process of all learning programmes

  3. Designing brochures, developing content and delivering inhouse training programme 

  4. Driving and monitoring the e-learning initiative in the Company 

  5. Handling the induction process and compliances 

  6. Feedback evaluations and monitoring impact of programmes 

  7. Designing and conducting employee engagement and fun at work activities

  8. Co-ordinating with HR partners of 3 locations for cascading engagement and training initiatives

  9. Designing and conducting organization wide surveys

  10. Working on monthly reports and analysis

  11. Designing and executing Rewards and Recognition programmes for the Company.

  12. Being involved in employee feedbacks, townhalls, focused group discussions.

  13. Managing Company CSR activities.
