Job description
The ideal candidate is an administrative professional position which holds leadership and senior management responsibilities within the Department of Human Resources (HR). This position also serves as the administrator for all Human Resources functions and supervises all HR staff.
will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
1. The Candidate is a significant leadership position that demonstrates substantial expertise in human resource management.
2. This includes the maintenance of contemporary policy and practices as they relate to the benefit and retirement programs, labor relations, Title IX, recruiting, employment, compensation, government regulations, and labor contract administration.
3. Assess and identify learning and development needs and solutions for specific executive or leadership roles.
4. Design leadership development programs and/or supporting development initiatives: develop curriculum, content, tools and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational business objectives.
5. Manage specific program development and deployment.
6. Work collaboratively with business leaders, including the Senior Vice President of Sales, Operations and Program Delivery to ensure program effectiveness.
7. Influence and engage leaders and other key stakeholders to actively participate in program development and facilitation.
8. Identify, evaluate and leverage various program development and delivery methods to achieve learning objectives.
9. Research and recommend leadership development best practices, instructional resources and technologies to support teaching and learning.
10. Work collaboratively with Director of Executive Leadership Development to identify and develop leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training.
11. Monitor and regularly assess the quality and effectiveness of training/program delivery, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent effective performance.
12. Identify and implement support systems to ensure that knowledge and skills are truly embedded and employed as a result of development activity.
13. Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people).
14. Measure program effectiveness by reviewing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected performance objectives.

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
2. 10+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
